We are currently building the Stewardship Management System (SMS), a digital tool designed to help large community organizations, such as churches or member-based groups, manage their resources with total clarity and trust.

Think of this system as a central hub that replaces old, manual paperwork with a modern, easy-to-use digital solution. It helps leaders keep a clear eye on finances in real-time, ensuring that every donation and expense is properly recorded and accounted for. It also serves as a digital Inventory (Assets) tracker for an organization’s property, such as equipment, furniture, tools or land, so everything is well-maintained and protected.

For the members, the system makes staying involved simple by providing a centralized engagement hub. By using their mobile phones, they can make contributions, track their own personal pledges, and receive important updates in real time. By moving away from slow, paper-based processes, we are helping organizations run more professionally while building deeper trust with the people they serve.
