Falcon Loyalty Platform

This is our in-house project. We came together as a team, brainstormed and built a platform which can be used by businesses to encourage customer loyalty, retention engagement. Using this application, businesses are able to firstly maintain a complete database of all their customers and understand their spending patterns. Using this information, the business is able to reward the most loyal customers and keep them happy and attached to the business.

The platform is also able to constantly engage the customers on significant days such as their birthdays, international holidays and others.
