REDAH

REDAH is a real estate information management application covering transaction tracking (management of valuations and sales), risk monitoring, market intelligence, and access to land management.
We built this application for our partner, REDAH Informatics. Using this application, REDAH Informatics has been able to informed decisions during valuation of submitted collateral (usually land or other property) and has advised financial institutions/banks during loan disbursements. The application has since been rolled out to other valuation companies.

During our engagements with REDAH, we were also sub-contracted to digitalize Uganda Land Commission’s Land Fund Management processes. Due diligence was done with key stakeholders at ULC and the scope signed off. The application has been built and is now ready for testing and subsequent deployment.
